The European #BeActive Sports Week is held every year from 23 to 30 September with thousands of events organized by hundreds of partners in parallel in all participating countries.
This year is the 7th consecutive edition of the initiative of the European Commission to promote sports and physical activity of all citizens of the European Union, and the national coordinator for Bulgaria is the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

We have told you before that we at Extreme Sport love summer tourism in the mountains. Up there, on the high, close to the sky and far away from the city and its fast pace. That is why in the middle of July we planned a one-day hike in Rila together with our friends from Trekking.bg. This time we chose the picturesque and interesting part of Rila - Malyovishki. Dotted by peaks over 2500 m high, mountain lakes, massifs and incredible views. The goal for our day was to reach the peaks Popova Kapa, Kupenite, Lovnitsa, passing through the beautiful lakes - Yonchovo and Scary Lake.
