3) Scope and acceptance

Please read these terms carefully before using the online store.

By using the STORE at www.extreme-bg.com, you declare that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By loading any page of the STORE (including embedded hyperlinks), and/or by using or paying for products offered by the STORE, the User fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms.

4) Identification and evidence of acceptance

For the purposes of establishing acceptance of the Terms, the User may be identified through the IP address stored in the server log files of www.extreme-bg.com, as well as other information.

5) Rights & responsibilities. Limitation of liability

5.1 Rights and responsibilities

The products in the STORE are limited to the stated terms. Extreme Sport EOOD may change products and prices at any time without prior notice; such changes take effect upon publication on www.extreme-bg.com.

5.2 Personal data (ZZLD / GDPR reference)

To purchase products, you provide personal information. This information is protected under the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZLD). The STORE uses personal information to improve services and uses the information you submit solely to fulfill your order.

6) Prices, discounts and technical errors

6.1 Price changes

The STORE may change prices at any time without prior notice. The User must pay the price valid at the time the order is placed.

6.2 Discounts

When prices are reduced, the new price is shown next to the old price, which is struck through.

6.3 Technical errors in order details

If the User provides incorrect information due to technical errors when placing an order, the STORE may refuse to fulfill the order without compensation. If amounts have already been paid for such order(s), the STORE undertakes to refund them.

5. The final product price is displayed on the product page next to the product name. Delivery/transport costs are not included in the product price. They are shown separately in registered orders and are added to the payable total for orders below 50 EUR/ BGN 97.79.
   
   For “express orders”, the delivery price is not displayed; it is charged for products below 50 EUR/ BGN 97.79. and depends on product weight, cash-on-delivery amount, and delivery destination (courier office or customer address). Orders are shipped with Econt with a 30% discount from Econt’s tariff.
6. The online STORE does not charge any fees for the use of a communication means to conclude a distance sales contract.

9) Right of withdrawal (30 days), returns and refunds

9.1 Withdrawal period

The User has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 30 days, starting from:

• the delivery date (the date on which you or a third party other than the courier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the product); or
• for multiple products ordered in one order and delivered separately: the date you/your indicated third party takes possession of the last product, or the date we notify you that we cannot deliver the remaining items; or
• for products consisting of multiple parts: the date you/your indicated third party takes possession of the last part, or the date we notify you that we cannot deliver the remaining parts.

9.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify the STORE with name and correspondence address (and, where available, phone and email), and submit an unequivocal statement on paper or another durable medium.

The User may also submit the standard withdrawal form (Annex No. 1) or another unequivocal statement by email to: office@extreme-bg.com. In this case, the online STORE will send confirmation of receipt.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the User to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

9.3 Refunds

In case of withdrawal, the STORE will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the User informed the STORE of the withdrawal. The User returns the products at their own expense.

Refunds are made by bank transfer or cash on delivery. For card payments, amounts are refunded to the card account.

The online STORE may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or until the User has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever is earlier).

9.4 Returning the goods

The User must send back or return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day the User informed the STORE of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the period expires.

The User is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete, with full комплектовка (complete set) and accompanying documentation, and without damage.

Return shipping costs are borne by the User.

10) Non-conformity and complaints

Important: Upon receipt, please check the goods in the presence of the courier.

10.1 Non-conformity with the order

Check the parcel contents upon receipt. If delivered goods do not match the order, the STORE replaces the products at its own expense with no additional fees for the User.

10.2 Missing items

If items are missing upon receipt, the STORE may offer alternative products of the same value. If the User refuses substitution, the STORE refunds the corresponding amount.

10.3 Defective product

If you have an issue with a purchased product, contact a representative at: +359 895 461012. If a defect is confirmed, the STORE will replace the product with a new one, and shipping/related costs are borne by the STORE.

10.4 Transport damage

In case of external damage caused during transport, request a damaged parcel report from the courier. All parcels are insured for their real value.

11) Disputes (KZP / EU ODR platform)

If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, and in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

12) Changes to the Terms

The STORE reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms at any time. Changes take effect automatically upon publication on https://www.extreme-bg.com, without the need for prior user consent.

Users are obliged to periodically review the Terms page to stay informed about updates.

14) Use of the e-store and order requirements

Please read the terms of use of the electronic store. If you decide to use it, this means you agree to them.

14.1 Use and content

This is the EXTREME electronic store. The company may change the content at any time and may terminate access in cases of unauthorized access, improper actions, or actions contrary to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The electronic store contains banners and links to other websites. EXTREME is not responsible for their content.

14.2 Proper conduct

Please use the e-store only for proper and lawful actions.

Do not submit illegal, threatening, rude, indecent or similar information that may infringe the rights of others.

14.3 Requirements to place an order

1. A valid email address.
2. Correct delivery and invoicing addresses.
3. Correct contact details.

14.4 Order activation and confirmation

An order is activated by clicking the “ORDER” button. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided.

14.5 Order changes
