Important details!
1. To prepare a perfect espresso, make sure you choose high-end ground coffee. The portafilter must be screwed tightly and the ground coffee filter basket/capsule adapter must be properly installed. Outin Nano can only heat water when the power indicator is on with at least two bars.
2. Use a 5V/2A or 5V/3A USB adapter to charge. The machine will not be charged if you use a charger with a power of less than 10W. If the power lights flash 5 times and the machine beeps 3 times during operation, it means the power is too low. Please charge the machine fully.
3. After numerous tests in Outin factory, our 7500mAh battery heats 50ml water from 25°C to the perfect temperature for espresso extraction (96°C) 5 times after fully charging. However, if the water is more than 50ml, the heating time and number of extractions will vary accordingly.
FAQ:
1. How much pressure is it?
The pressure is 20 bar. It works great for getting a thick crema and rich aroma. Add 50 ml of water if you want to experience a stronger taste.
2. Is the filter basket pressurized or non-pressurized?
The basket and portafilter are combined into one. In most non-pressurized portafilters, the espresso comes out of one hole, so having one hole does not define it as a pressurized basket.
3. Does it work with 220V or 240V?
Both 220V and 240V can be used, as long as the charging adapter supports them. Please note that the adapter's output voltage is at least 5V and the output power is at least 10W.
4. Why is my Outin not charging?
Please use a 5V/2A or 5V/3A USB charger to charge it. The machine will not be charged if you use a charger with a power of less than 10W (e.g. Apple's 5W charger).
The charging cable may have been damaged during shipping and delivery. Please try again with other Type-C cables if the device cannot charge. If the above does not solve the problem, please contact us!
