NH SkyRunner made their debut during the first edition of the SKY butcher course, which is counted from the Polish Skyrunning championships.
Optimally, the upper is finished with a long non-compressing welt that ensures comfort of use, keeps the sock at the correct height while allowing the free flow of blood.
Protective zones made of terry knitted fabric were placed at sensitive points so as to minimize the possibility of injuries during long distances in diverse terrain.
Thus, one of the zones is located on the heel and extends from under the foot arch to the Achilles tendon so as to cushion this part of the foot, an additional advantage is the deep heel deconstruction which stabilizes the sock inside the shoe.
We placed the second zone in the part of the finger in such a way that it cushions during running uphill as well as protects the fingers during convergence and the whole zone is complemented by seamless joining in the fingers.
Another zone of reinforcement placed on the instep protects, among other things, from the otter and micro-injuries of the upper part of the foot.
The midfoot welt stably holds the sock inside the shoe, and ventilation grids allow for free air circulation ensuring thermal comfort of our feet.
