The Lhotse Cinabre ski helmet is designed to provide you with maximum safety in the event of a fall or collision by absorbing and reducing the force of the impact. It is made of rigid polyurethane, providing high strength, low weight, and excellent protection for the head. The outer part is resistant to UV rays. It is equipped with side vents through which fresh air enters and helps to regulate the temperature so that you feel good throughout the day. The inner part is soft and comfortable with a large built-in pad. Possibility to adjust the chin strap and buckle to adjust the size, which ensures that the helmet will stand safely and comfortably on your head.

In order to be able to perform its functions 100%, it is very important that the helmet is the right size for you. The size of the helmet is determined by the circumference of the head, measured in centimeters, and the measure should pass over the eyebrows and the tips of the ears.

Product replacementTo replace a product,  first you must return the product you received packaged and in a good commercial condition.  You should pay for the transport cost of returning. If there is a difference in the value you have paid, we will refund the overpaid amount by bank transfer or you will pay the difference.
Product returnYou can return a product within 30 days of receiving the order. Send the product together with a completed form - electronic or paper. Write a name, a phone and the number of order. You need to pack the parcel well. The products must not show any signs of use or have a damaged commercial appearance. The returned products must be in their original packaging, as well as with the labels and accessories attached to them.  The customer pays for the returning. Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment on a bank account.
CompliantA defective product  which is in warranty period should be returned in clean condition, with a warranty card inluded, if possible in a package. In case of factory defect, the item will be repaired within 10 working days. Replacement of the item is possible in case of irreparable defect.
