І. ORGANIZER AND CONTRACTOR.

1. Promotional campaign "FINAL WINTER SALE" (here in after the Campaign) is held on the website https://www.extreme-bg.com/, owned by the Organizer.

2. Organizer and executor of the Campaign is Extreme Sport EOOD, UIC 131452613, with registered office and address of management: Sofia, Ovcha Kupel district, 12 692 Str., Office 1, represented by Lyudmila Mihaylovska, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer".

II. SUBJECT MATTER, CHARACTERISTICS AND PERIOD OF CONDUCT.

3. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the conduct of the Campaign on the website of the Organizer - https://www.extreme-bg.com/, as well as in the physical sites of the company.

The campaign is held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The campaign is held in the period from 01.04.2026 to 30.04.2026 inclusive or until the quantities are exhausted. During the Campaign, selected products from the entire catalog of the Organizer will be partially reduced of the final price. Products that are at the pre-order stage do not participate in the Campaign, unless it is explicitly mentioned on the promotional landing page that they are participating. By purchasing a product of promotional value, part of the Campaign, from the website https://www.extreme-bg.com/, the buyer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and accepts its terms.

III. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE.

4. The right to participate in the campaign has any natural person who has purchased a product of promotional value, part of the Campaign, residing on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, during the period in which the current Campaign is held.

5. The Organizer is not responsible for situations in which it is impossible for some citizens to participate in the Campaign, when this impossibility is beyond the control of the Organizer. These circumstances may be due to incorrect or incomplete data, information transmitted intermittently, delays or damaged in any way due to actions of users of the Organizer's website or the functional software, applications or other technical means used by them. campaign time. As a data subject, the participants have all specific legal rights related to the personal data that the Organizer collects from them, under Art. 13 of REGULATION № 679 of 2016 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (ORZ).

V. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign, before its expiration, in case of material abuse, violation of the general conditions or rules or in the event of an event of force majeure, according to applicable law, in which case owes compensation to the participants. If termination occurs, it will be announced on the website of the Organizer, and user participation is terminated automatically.

VI. FINAL CLAUSES.

12. These General Terms and Conditions do not cancel the obligations and rights of the Organizer and the participants set in the General Terms and Conditions for purchase and sale of the Organizer, as well as in the Organizer's Privacy Policy, both posted on the Organizer's website.

13. Each participant in the Campaign is considered informed and acquainted with these General Terms and Conditions and agrees with them.

14. The Organizer is not responsible in case he is prevented from delivering a product to a participant who has purchased it, due to the fact that the product has run out before the Organizer manages to update its catalog. In such cases, the Organizer notifies the buyer as soon as possible. The Organizer is not responsible in case due to the number of orders above the average for the Organizer, certain orders are delayed in terms of delivery, regardless of whether the reason for this is in the Organizer or the courier. In such cases, the Organizer notifies the buyer of the delay in delivery.

15. These General Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign. The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally correct or amend them by announcing the corrections or changes publicly on its website.
