The lady's Kilpi Alberta-W feather jacket is as light as a butterfly, thanks to the quality goose feather filling and the outer material made with DWR, which gives the jacket water-repellence. The total weight of the jacket in size M is 350g, the filling quality 650CUIN, and it can be easily packed into the bag that is included with the jacket. The design of the sealed chambers eliminates the leakage of feather dust and furthermore reduces the load. The Kilpi Alberta-W is an ideal thermo-insulating outer or middle layer under a hardshell jacket for hiking, ski alp touring or freeride skiing. There are two zippered pockets, a high collar and lower hem drawstring tightening. To preserve all the advantages and functions of feather clothing, follow the instructions on the treatment label for proper washing and storage.
KILPI DOWN - The best insulation material for clothing are natural feathers. Unlike any synthetic material, feathers are lighter, more compact and have higher heat resistance. The down feather layer insulates the air and its flow in a very effective way. Down and feathers is used In our clothing in a ratio of 90/10, which guarantees the highest thermal insulation, light weight and easy packability. If the down feather clothing is well cared for, the quality lasts 3 times longer than any other synthetic fillings.
SIBERIUM DWR WB - Range of fabrics developed for all outdoor and sport activities, providing Windproof protection, abrasion resistance, light weight, highly breathable fabrics, excellent packability and freedom of movement.
