With its low weight of only 11.5 kg, easy and fast folding and the ability to travel 20 km on a single charge, the Urbis U2 electric scooter is your ideal solution to go to work, for example, without depending on heavy city traffic.

It is important, of course, for your safety, to comply with the rules adopted for the use of an Individual Electric Vehicle, as defined by law.

- - the maximum permitted speed at which they can drive is 25 km / h
- - it is planned to ride on the bike lanes, and if there are none - as far to the right of the roadway
- - cannot drive on the sidewalks and bus lanes, as well as on First class streets, where the maximum allowed speed is over 50 km / h
- - more than one person is not allowed to ride on the scooter, as well as several drivers to drive parallel to each other
- - the driver of the electric vehicle must have light-reflecting elements on the visible part of the clothing during the dark hours
- - the minimum age of drivers of electric scooters is 14 years, and they will have the right to ride only on bike lanes

- Offices and Address: Parcels are kept for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically returned.

International Delivery:
For clients outside Bulgaria, deliveries are performed by Bulgarian Posts, DPD, EMS, and Econt.
- Price and delivery time depend on the weight and the courier's tariff (calculated at checkout).
- All international orders are paid in advance via Card or PayPal.
- For non-EU countries, customers pay any additional customs duties and taxes applicable to their country.
Returns and Exchange:

In our online store we offer options for product replacement, product return and complaint in case of defect:
| Product replacement | To replace a product, first you must return the product you received packaged and in a good commercial condition. You should pay for the transport cost of returning. | Product return | You can return a product within 30 days of receiving the order. Send the product together with a completed form - electronic or paper. Write a name, a phone and the number of order. You need to pack the parcel well. The products must not show any signs of use or have a damaged commercial appearance. The returned products must be in their original packaging, as well as with the labels and accessories attached to them. The customer pays for the returning. Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment on a bank account. |
| Compliant | A defective product which is in warranty period should be returned in clean condition, with a warranty card inluded, if possible in a package. In case of factory defect, the item will be repaired within 10 working days. Replacement of the item is possible in case of irreparable defect. |
