Recommended care for skates: After use, clean and wash well with water (do not use detergents!), Remove the insole and dry at room temperature, store the skate well.

- Offices and Address: Parcels are kept for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically returned.

International Delivery:
For clients outside Bulgaria, deliveries are performed by Bulgarian Posts, DPD, EMS, and Econt.
- Price and delivery time depend on the weight and the courier's tariff (calculated at checkout).
- All international orders are paid in advance via Card or PayPal.
- For non-EU countries, customers pay any additional customs duties and taxes applicable to their country.
Returns and Exchange:

In our online store we offer options for product replacement, product return and complaint in case of defect:
