Payment & Pickup Deadlines
- Box Now: Payment is made in advance on our website (by card or PayPal) or by cash on delivery with a card – via a link that Box Now sends to your phone before you collect the parcel. Parcels are kept in the locker for up to 3 calendar days.
- Econtomat: Payment at the locker itself is not possible. Cash on delivery is paid online via Econt or at an Econt office.
- Easybox / Sameday / Speedy Automat: Payment by card at the device upon pickup. Pickup deadline: up to 3 days.
- Offices and Address: Parcels are kept for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically returned.

International Delivery
For customers outside Bulgaria, deliveries are made by Bulgarian Posts, DPD, EMS and Econt.
- Price and delivery time depend on the weight and the courier's tariff (calculated at checkout).
- All international orders are paid in advance by card or PayPal.
- For non-EU countries, customers pay any additional customs duties and taxes applicable in their country.
Returns and Exchange
Returns or exchanges are possible up to 30 days from receipt. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Return addresses:
