Protect Your Gear with the Singing Rock Crampon Bag
The sharp points of your crampons are indispensable on the ice, but they can be disastrous for your gear if carried loose. The Singing Rock Crampon Bag is designed to isolate the dangerous spikes and save your expensive down jacket, alpine rope, or the backpack itself from being sliced.
This is not just an ordinary pouch. The bottom and walls are made of thick, highly durable PVC material that cannot be punctured by crampon points. At the same time, the top cover features a special zippered mesh panel. This allows melted snow and moisture to escape quickly, preventing your gear from rusting!
Why is this bag the perfect choice?
- Multifunctional: In addition to standard alpine crampons, the bag is ideal for safely storing and transporting ice screws or spare ice axe picks.
- Optimal Dimensions: Measuring 28 x 12 x 9 cm, it perfectly fits most crampon models on the market while remaining compact enough to easily slide into your backpack.
- Lightweight: Weighing only 188 grams – minimal weight for maximum security.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Won't the mesh cover let water leak into my backpack?
A: The mesh is located on the top panel. Before storing the crampons, it's best to shake off the heavy snow. Any water from residual melting snow will pool on the waterproof PVC bottom, while the mesh simply allows the moisture to evaporate so the metal doesn't rust.
Q: Can it be used for ice screws?
A: Yes, the tough PVC material makes it an excellent solution for storing a handful of ice screws, protecting their sharp threads from damage and your luggage from being cut.
