Concentration: the concentration of the active substance (capsacin and its related capsacids) should vary between 1% and 2%.

Range: Must be no less than 7.5 meters.

This is important because bears can reach speeds of over 30 mph. They need enough time to transition from visual contact to threatening with a false attack. If the bear repeats the attack more than once, you will need to splash again to gain a protective zone. A crosswind can reduce the effective distance to 5-6 meters.

Bear Confrontation: Most Common Scenarios:

  • Unexpected close encounter and defensive attack from a distance of 4 -6 meters.

  • Gradual continuous approach (out of curiosity, trying to determine whether to apply aggressive or defensive tactics).

Product replacementTo replace a product,  first you must return the product you received packaged and in a good commercial condition.  You should pay for the transport cost of returning. If there is a difference in the value you have paid, we will refund the overpaid amount by bank transfer or you will pay the difference.
Product returnYou can return a product within 30 days of receiving the order. Send the product together with a completed form - electronic or paper. Write a name, a phone and the number of order. Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment on a bank account.
