- It is advisable to pick up your order within 7 days of receiving at the office of Econt or Speedy Sameday point or 3 days from Box now, Easybox, Econtomat, Speedy automat. Otherwise the shipment will be returned to us automatically.
International delivery
- Delivery outside Bulgaria is made with Bulgarian Post, EMC, Econt, DPD, and the price and delivery time depend on the courier's tariff.
- All orders outside Bulgaria are paid during the order with a card or Paypal with delivery included.
- Users of the e-shop, whose delivery addresses are for settlements outside the European Union, pay additionally all duties, taxes and fees due for the respective countries. These fees are not included in the delivery price and vary from country to country. For accurate information, contact the relevant custom agencies in your country.
In our online store we offer options for product replacement, product return and complaint in case of defect:
