The new electric scooter URBiS U3.2 with a motor power of 350W. The advantage of the scooter is its low weight and fast assembly. An undeniable advantage is also the use of a drum brake on the rear wheel, which is almost maintenance-free and has an excellent braking effect. There is a separate electric brake lever on the right side of the handlebars, and the lever for the rear drum brake remains on the left. The bottom of the battery cover protects the aluminium cover. Compared to the U3.1 model, a new display is also used here. A powerful 2.0A charger is supplied with the U3.2 model. The rear fender was reinforced with a plastic spacer. The handlebar rod has been extended by 5 cm compared to the U3.1 model for better stability and steering.
Transport on URBiS electric scooters is the best choice for ecological and economic reasons.
It is also possible to connect to the U3.2 model via the URBiS application available for both Android and iOS.

- Offices and Address: Parcels are kept for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically returned.

International Delivery:
For clients outside Bulgaria, deliveries are performed by Bulgarian Posts, DPD, EMS, and Econt.
- Price and delivery time depend on the weight and the courier's tariff (calculated at checkout).
- All international orders are paid in advance via Card or PayPal.
- For non-EU countries, customers pay any additional customs duties and taxes applicable to their country.
Returns and Exchange:
Returns or exchanges are possible up to 30 days from receipt. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Return addresses:

In our online store we offer options for product replacement, product return and complaint in case of defect:
| Product replacement | To replace a product, first you must return the product you received packaged and in a good commercial condition. You should pay for the transport cost of returning. If there is a difference in the value you have paid, we will refund the overpaid amount by bank transfer or you will pay the difference. |
| Product return | You can return a product within 30 days of receiving the order. Send the product together with a completed form - electronic or paper. Write a name, a phone and the number of order. You need to pack the parcel well. The products must not show any signs of use or have a damaged commercial appearance. The returned products must be in their original packaging, as well as with the labels and accessories attached to them. The customer pays for the returning. Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment on a bank account. |
| Compliant | A defective product which is in warranty period should be returned in clean condition, with a warranty card inluded, if possible in a package. In case of factory defect, the item will be repaired within 10 working days. Replacement of the item is possible in case of irreparable defect. |
