WARRANTY
Penny ® Skateboards are designed with quality components and Penny Australia’s secret plastic formula to ensure a premium ride, built for strength, flexibility, performance and maximum radness.
However please be aware that over time general wear and tear or prolonged exposure to UV or moisture may impair the performance of your board. We recommend your skateboard be continuously maintained and components replaced throughout the life of your board to ensure a safe and smooth ride.
SKATEBOARDS SERVICING & MAINTENANCE
Tightening or adjustments of all bolts and nuts may be required to suit your riding preference. It is expressly recommended that you regularly check your skateboard for loose bolts, nuts or damage prior to skating.
Replacement of wheels is recommended after visible wear & tear. Inspect your deck regularly for chips or cracks. If any are found, discontinue use and replace.
Replacement of bearings, nuts and bolts after sustained use is recommended.

- Easybox / Sameday / Speedy Automat: Payment by card at the device upon pickup. Pickup deadline: up to 3 days.
- Offices and Address: Parcels are kept for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically returned.

For clients outside Bulgaria, deliveries are performed by Bulgarian Posts, DPD, EMS, and Econt.

- For non-EU countries, customers pay any additional customs duties and taxes applicable to their country.
Returns and Exchange:
Returns or exchanges are possible up to 30 days from receipt. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Return addresses:

| Product replacement | To replace a product, first you must return the product you received packaged and in a good commercial condition. You should pay for the transport cost of returning. If there is a difference in the value you have paid, we will refund the overpaid amount by bank transfer or you will pay the difference. |
| Product return | You can return a product within 30 days of receiving the order. Send the product together with a completed form - electronic or paper. Write a name, a phone and the number of order. You need to pack the parcel well. The products must not show any signs of use or have a damaged commercial appearance. The returned products must be in their original packaging, as well as with the labels and accessories attached to them. The customer pays for the returning. Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment on a bank account. |
| Compliant | A defective product which is in warranty period should be returned in clean condition, with a warranty card inluded, if possible in a package. In case of factory defect, the item will be repaired within 10 working days. Replacement of the item is possible in case of irreparable defect. |
